Chilli or No Chilli that's the Question

Hi Everyone,

So today I have produced what I think is the making of a Hot sauce, why this sauce is different is because it doesn't contain chillies that's right no chillies.

when I go to farmer's market's, food festivals and other events people would look at my stall and say they don't like or chilli intolerant, so after careful thought and brain storming and a few setbacks I do think I have made a sauce which hits the flavour mark with a zing from the cracked pepper. It has roasted red peppers,shallots and garlic with Apple cider Vinegar, kosher salt.
